The creators and publishers of Easypath2wealth.com(BDS Enterprises, Inc.) and the accompanying materials have used their best efforts in preparing the Easypath2wealth Program. The creators and publishers make no representation or warranties with respect to the accuracy, applicability, fitness, or completeness of the contents of the Easypath2wealth Program. The information contained in the Easypath2wealth Program is strictly for educational and recreational purposes. Therefore, if you wish to apply the products contained in the Easypath2wealth Program, you are taking full responsibility for your actions.

Every effort has been made to accurately represent this program and its potential. Even though this industry is one of the few where one can write their own check in terms of earnings, there is no guarantee that you will earn any money using the techniques and ideas in these materials. Examples in these materials are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings. Earning potential is entirely dependent on the person using our product, ideas and techniques. We do not purport this as a "get rich scheme."

Refund Policy: Since commissions are paid immediately to our members directly from the buyer and because you'll be granted immediate access to all products downloads upon purchase, obviously it would make it impossible to issue refunds, therefore, NO REFUNDS CAN EVER BE ISSUED. This not only applies to our product purchase of $900 (or any other product purchase price which is subject to change from time to time), but the monthly website hosting fee of $39.95, which can be cancelled 30 days prior to your next monthly billing statement at any time. DO NOT Purchase our product or promote Easypath2wealth if the following applies to you: Spending any amount of money could or would cause financial hardship. Knowing you CANNOT get a refund under ANY circumstances. Again, you may cancel your monthly membership at any time by logging into your members back office and going to the Make Payments page and clicking the link called "Click here to leave all programs" under the package that you own. Your monthly membership will be cancelled, your monthly subscriptions will cease and your access to the member’s area and web site will be removed permanently effective immediately.

Any distributing, modifying, transmitting, reusing, re-posting of our products, including the text, images, audio, and video from Easypath2wealth is strictly prohibited without written consent of Easypath2wealth & BDS Enterprises, Inc.. Further, the Easypath2wealth & BDS Enterprises, Inc. pricing has been pre-set by Corporate and these prices MUST be adhered to by ALL members. Anyone found discounting Easypath2wealth or offering Easypath2wealth in conjunction with other businesses as an "incentive" will have their membership and website terminated without notice. "Negative Marketing and/or Advertising strategies" are not an acceptable way to promote Easypath2wealth. Further, people that are granted membership within Easypath2wealth do so by way of their own decisions. These decisions are based on their assessment of Easypath2wealth & BDS Enterprises, Inc. and its program and products. Sponsors of these new members understand and agree that these members have joined Easypath2wealth & BDS Enterprises, Inc. solely based on their assessment of the membership and that membership remains the property of Easypath2wealth & BDS Enterprises, Inc.. As such, membership sponsors are NOT allowed to market to, solicit, or in any way attempt to convince the membership to look at, consider, or join any other company or program without the expressed written consent of Easypath2wealth & BDS Enterprises, Inc.. Violators will have their membership and website terminated without notice.

The administrative fee is also considered part of the "package purchase". You must maintain your monthly fee in order to "Access" your products. This pays for product support, website maintenence and upgrades as well as affiliate support. Easypath2wealth & BDS Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to "shutdown" or "lockout" any member as they see fit for any reason without notice.

Auto-responder Disclaimer: Our auto-responder system and script have no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including and without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The user (you) must assume the entire risk of using our services and cannot guarantee email deliverability. Due to the increased unreliability of email delivery, between certain ISP providers with their spam filters, bulk mail folders, etc., we're not responsible or liable in any way, shape or form, for any undelivered emails to your customers.

No product purchase is required to promote Easypath2wealth & BDS Enterprises, Inc. and our products. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.

To the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Easypath2wealth & BDS Enterprises, Inc. or its affiliates' intellectual property rights, Easypath2wealth & BDS Enterprises, Inc. or its affiliates may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Nevada, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

REPRESENTATIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In accordance with the Policies and Procedures contained in this application and agreement, I hereby submit my application to become a Representative with EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). Program by BDS Enterprises and hereby state and agree as follows:

1. I am of legal age in the state I reside, to enter into this agreement. This agreement becomes effective on the date the enrollment form is electronically submitted.

2. Upon acceptance of this application I understand I will become a Representative of EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). and will eligible to participate in the selling and distribution of goods and services and to receive commissions in connection with the sales in accordance with EasyPath2Wealth’s(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). policies and procedures and compensation plan.

3. I understand that as a Rep, I am an independent contractor, not an agent, employee or franchisee of EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.).. I further understand and agree that as a Rep I will not be treated as an employee of federal or state tax purposes, nor will I be treated as an employee for purposes of the Federal Unemployment Tax Act, Federal Insurance Contribution Act, the Social Security Act, State Unemployment Act, or State Employment Security Act. I understand and agree to pay all applicable federal and state income taxes, self-employment taxes, sales taxes, local taxes and/or local licensing requirements that may become due as a result of my activities under this agreement. Any instance of non-compliance with applicable self-employment licensing requirements may be grounds for termination.

4. I understand and agree that my remuneration will consist solely of commissions derived from sales, solicitations or orders from ultimate consumers, which would include consumers and reps. These sales will be primarily through personal contacts, rather than in a permanent retail establishment.

5. I understand that I am required to pay a one-time fee of $967.00 for my EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). dealership and products and a $39.95 monthly fee for hosting, maintenance and membership to EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). back office..

6. I acknowledge that all goods and services of EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). are delivered to the consumer for the Reps. There is no inventory for the Rep to keep on hand.

7. I hereby agree to represent the EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). compensation plan fairly and completely. I further acknowledge that no recruitment fee can be derived from the mere act of sponsoring other Reps, and that no earnings are guaranteed from the participation in the compensation plan. I agree that I will not make any representations about the actual, potential or expected earnings of any Rep of EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.).. I further acknowledge that it is my responsibility to build my own sales organization. No matter what I may have been told by individuals or organizations such as downline clubs, it is still my full responsibility to promote the EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). goods and services as well as to sponsor others for the sake of growing my organization.

8. I understand that as a Rep I am not guaranteed any income, nor am I assured any profit or success. I have reviewed and understand the compensation plan and realize that I can only make commissions upon the sale of EasyPath2Wealth’s(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). goods and services to customers and or Reps. I will be free to set my own hours and determine my own methods of selling, within the guidelines and requirements of the agreement.

9. I understand and accept that EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). has a no-stacking policy and consequently I may only have a financial interest in one Rep position. Corporate form, partnership form and trust form Rep positions are permitted, subject to this provision, and not as a way around this provision.

10. I further certify that neither EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). nor my enroller or sponsor have made any claims of guaranteed earnings or representations of the anticipated earnings that might result from my efforts as a Rep. I understand that my success as a EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). Rep comes from retail sales, service and the development of a marketing organization. I understand and agree that I will make no statements, disclosures or representations in selling EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). goods and services or in the sponsoring of other prospective Reps other than those contained in approved EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). literature.

11. I hereby acknowledge that all information contained on the EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). website is protected by copyright. I agree not to repackage or relabel EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). goods and services, in whole or in part,to sell said goods and services under any other name or label. I further agree to refrain from producing, selling and using, for the purpose of advertising, promoting or describing EasyPath2Wealth’s(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). goods and services, compensation plan any written, recorded or other materials which have not been approved or provided by EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.)., and I will abide by the NO SPAM policy. We have a NO SPAMMING Policy. Anyone caught Spamming or is reported for Spamming will be withdrawn from the program without a refund. No exceptions.

12. In the event I sponsor other Reps, I agree to perform a bonafide supervisory, distributive and selling function in connection with the sale of EasyPath2Wealth’s(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). goods and services to the ultimate consumer. I also agree to support any rep I may sponsor in the performance of these functions. I agree to have continuing communication and supervision of my sales organization.

13. I understand and agree that EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.)., in order to maintain a viable marketing system, may make modifications in its policies and procedures, compensation plan, website content, products available and product prices. I further agree to be bound by such changes.

14. I understand that the acceptance of this agreement does not constitute the sale of a franchise or a distributorship, in that there are no exclusive territories granted to anyone, in that no franchise fees have been paid, nor am I acquiring any interest in a security by the acceptance of this agreement.

15. I understand and agree that if I should resign or cancel my rep status that I cannot enroll again for a period of six months.

16. I understand that I may not sell, transfer or otherwise assign my rep position without the prior written consent of EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.)..

17. The term of this agreement is ongoing or until cancelled by the distributor or the company.

18. I acknowledge that EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). is nor liable for technological problems caused by the acts God or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. I acknowledge that there are risks unique to E-commerce and hold EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). harmless except for exercising reasonable efforts to minimize those risks.

19. I agree that with an auto enrollment system it is a special benefit to be able to place new reps in my downline, after they have enrolled. In the unlikely event that a mistake is found in the genealogy after a payment is made, EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). will correct the genealogy, but will not be expected to correct the payments.

20. I agree that if I have a claim or dispute it can only be brought against EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.).. I agree to hold harmless all EasyPath2Wealth (BDS Enterprises, Inc.) stockholders, board of directors, officers, employees, vendors, as well as any and all other EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). reps, including the Advisory Board members. I acknowledge and accept that EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). will deal with all those parties as it best determines.

21. I further acknowledge that EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). is not intending to give legal counsel or tax advice in any of its educational materials. It is my responsibility to seek appropriate legal and tax counsel in my state or country.

22. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Indiana and the parties agree that any claim or dispute between the parties of the agreement shall be subject to binding arbitration in Indianapolis, Indiana under the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association.

23. No product purchase is necessary to participate in EasyPath2Wealth(BDS Enterprises, Inc.). In order to get your website and access to the member’s back office you do have to pay the admin set-up fee and monthly hosting and maintenance fee. You will also be required to pass up 4 sales instead of 2 sales with the product purchase.

A REPRESENTATIVE HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AT ANY TIME. CANCELLATION MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO THE COMPANY AT ITS PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS, OR BY EMAIL. WE WILL CONFIRM YOUR REQUEST BY EMAIL.
